This Fruit Can Prevent Stroke, Heart Attack and High Cholesterol

Dates are very delicious fruits. Whenever you are looking for a tasty meal, dates are the ideal food for everyone.

Once you find out that they can prevent serious diseases you will certainly include them in your daily diet. Dates can prevent stroke, hypertension, high cholesterol levels or coronary heart disease.

Dates Are Rich in Iron 

The symptoms of iron-deficiency anemia are very unpleasant, especially for pregnant women and youngsters. Iron promotes the transport of oxygen through the blood, so if you lack iron, you will feel dizziness, fatigue, and shortness of breath.

In 100 grams of dates, there is 0.9 mg of iron, which is already 11 per cent of the recommended daily dose. Consume at least 100 grams of dates every day.
